What's involved?
Diamond Ace have streamlined the process of joining the network to minimize the time between initial contact and delivery of a fully branded and operational online poker room.

Sales Contact
One of our experienced sales staff will contact you to discuss your needs and expectations and offer advice where necessary in order to help you select or design the most appropriate package. Upon selection, you will be assigned a project manager who will be your point of contact throughout the remainder of the sign up process.

Package Agreement
For ease and simplicity, Diamond Ace has a set of pre-defined packages to suit different sized ventures. Your project manager will liaise with you after package selection to advise and help complete the service contract.

Branding
The development will then begin with the branding phase. Your project manager will liaise with you to understand your design requirements. At this point your level of input is up to you. Our team of skilled graphical designers can work to written descriptions for designs or implement ideas developed by your own graphical team. Opportunities for feedback will be made available to ensure that ideas can be adjusted before they are finalized. Upon completion you will be delivered an original and fully customized online poker site.

Website Design
As part of the service, you will be offered a branded website to promote and support your online poker room. This site will explain how to use the software and host the download links. Should you wish to use your existing website, we will help and advise on content and provide details for the software download links.

The Management Terminal
The management terminal is a powerful tool enabling you to manage and monitor various functions of your poker site. This software will be installed and configured at your offices by a member of our team who will then perform training for the required users. On-going telephone support is then made available to all partners.

Launch
After the completion of the branding, website design and management terminal phases, your site will be ready for launch. We will liaise with you to ascertain your desired opening date and then you will be ready to operate and manage your own fully branded online poker venture.
